Product and order
The Toolkit is a digital spreadsheet product supplied with the files and guides identified for the edition purchased. An order is accepted only after HaulSentry confirms the edition, price, applicable taxes, payment, delivery method and these terms. Launch availability is confirmed at the time of order.
Payment and delivery
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes may be added. Digital delivery occurs after cleared payment through the email address or secure delivery method confirmed with the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a working email address and compatible spreadsheet software.
Product boundaries
The Toolkit does not automatically import ELD, TMS or accounting data. Results depend on customer inputs and assumptions. It is a management decision-support resource and is not accounting, tax, legal, safety or regulatory advice. Savings, margins and opportunity values are not guaranteed.
Licence and restrictions
Use is governed by the Toolkit Licence. Ownership of the Toolkit, its formulas, design, guides and supporting content remains with HaulSentry. Purchasing grants a limited right of use and does not transfer intellectual property.
Refunds and support
Refund eligibility is governed by the Digital Product Refund Policy. HaulSentry will use reasonable efforts to replace files that are corrupted or materially incomplete at delivery when notified promptly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HaulSentry is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Toolkit or business decisions based on its outputs. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Toolkit edition, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
