Fleet Profitability Toolkit Licence
This licence defines how the purchasing organization may use the Toolkit internally while protecting HaulSentry's intellectual property.

Licence grant
Upon full payment, HaulSentry grants the purchasing legal entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Toolkit edition for the internal operations of one company or fleet. Authorized employees and contractors may use it solely for that organization's internal work.
Permitted use
The customer may enter its own data, create working copies for internal operational use, create internal reports from its results and adapt unprotected input or presentation areas where doing so does not circumvent protections or distribute the underlying product.
Restrictions
The customer may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a public location, distribute outside the licensed organization, share copy links publicly, remove ownership notices, reverse engineer protected formulas for competing distribution, or present the Toolkit itself as the customer's own product.
Ownership and updates
HaulSentry retains ownership of the Toolkit and all related intellectual property. The licence covers the edition delivered at purchase. Future versions, major upgrades, services, integrations and subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated in the order.
Termination
The licence ends if the customer materially breaches these restrictions and does not correct the breach after notice where correction is possible. On termination, use and distribution must stop and copies must be deleted, subject to records the customer is legally required to retain.
